DISCOVER FREEDIVING COURSE

Cost: 79 USD (3950 PhP)

Duration: 0.5 Days

Schedule: 8AM - 2PM (with lunch break)

This introductory course is intended for anyone interested in freediving, or apnea diving. After this course you will know the fundamentals required to be a safe freediver and can receive an international certificate of freediving (apnea) from AIDA International. This one day course will teach you to hold your breath for 2 minutes and dive to 10 meters (30 feet) on one breath. 

The course includes:

  • AIDA 1 International Certificate (10 Euro additional)

  • Classroom Theory Session (2 hours)

  • Confined Water Session (1 hour)

  • Intro to Open Water (1 hour)

  • Learn the basics of safety and rescue in freediving

  • Marine sanctuary fees

  • Freediving equipment

  • Learn static apnea

Course pre-requisites: 

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Able to swim 100 meters

  • Sign the medical statement and liability forms

  • Commitment: ​Introductory

 BEGINNER FREEDIVER COURSE

Cost: 319 USD (15950 PhP)

Duration: 2.5 Days

Schedule: 8AM - 4PM every day (with lunch break)

The beginner freediver course is intended for anyone with some experience in open water. After this course you will be a proficient freediver and able to perform deep water rescues. You can receive an international certificate of freediving (apnea) from AIDA International. This 2.5 day course will teach you to hold your breath for 3 minutes and dive to 20 meters (65 feet) on one breath. 

The course includes:

  • AIDA 2 International Certificate (20 Euro Additional)

  • Classroom Theory Session (3-4 hours)

  • Confined Water Sessions (2 hours)

  • Three Open Water Sessions (1 hour each)

  • Safety diver techniques

  • Deep rescue freediving skills

  • Marine sanctuary fees

  • Freediving equipment

  • Frenzel equalization

  • Learn dynamic and static apnea

Course pre-requisites

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Able to swim 100 meters

  • Sign the medical statement and liability forms

ADVANCED FREEDIVER COURSE

Cost: 419 USD (20950 PhP)

Duration: 3.5 Days

Schedule: 8AM - 4PM every day (with lunch break)

The advanced freediver course is intended for experienced freedivers wishing to learn depth diving, freefall and advanced rescue techniques. After this course you will be an advanced freediver and able to compete in depth diving. You can receive an international certificate of freediving (apnea) from AIDA International. This 3.5 day course will teach you to hold your breath for 4 minutes and dive to 30 meters (100 feet) on one breath. 

The course includes:

  • AIDA 3 International Certificate (30 Euro Additional)

  • Classroom Theory Session (3-4 hours)

  • Confined Water Sessions (2-3 hours)

  • Four Open Water Sessions (1 hour each)

  • Deep safety diver techniques

  • Advanced deep rescue skills

  • Competition training (static & dynamic)

  • Advanced equalization

  • Breathwork and pranayama

  • Marine sanctuary fees

  • Freediving equipment

SURFING SURVIVAL COURSE

Cost: 149 USD (9950 PhP)

Duration: 1.5 Days

Schedule: 8AM - 4PM (with lunch break)

Heading to Palawan to tackle some big waves? This course is intended for anyone interested in learning survival survival skills. After this course you will know how to hold your breath longer,  control a wipeout situation and be more relaxed when surfing. We will train specifically your CO2 tolerance with high intensity underwater breath-hold exercises. You can receive an international certificate of freediving (apnea) from AIDA International. This one day course will teach you to hold your breath for 2 minutes and dive to 10 meters (30 feet) on one breath. 

The course includes:

  • AIDA 1 International Certificate (10 Euro Additional)

  • Classroom Theory Session (2 hours)

  • Confined Water Session (1 hour)

  • Intro to Open Water (1 hour) 

  • Learn big wave survival techniques (1 hour)
